Welcome to The new Unofficial Virtual South African Air Force. Here we would like to give any virtual pilot the opportunity to be part of a community that is fun and exiting. Obviously some rules apply, but only to your requirements as to what career you would like to pursue. No test, and you do not need any aviation knowledge to join. We are planning online flying together, as some mission also will require to fly online. We are also working on a Virtual Aerobatics Squadron, and will also be online based when we get it up and running. So please browse around the site, and find a career to pursue, fill out the application form, submit it and enjoy the fun. You will be given a rank, and that will be improved as your flying hours increase. Obviously as time goes on you might even get the opportunity to become a very high ranking officer and form part of decision making in the Air Command Division. Once completed, please send your application to vsaafrecruit@gmail.com Pilot Logbook Please click here to download your pilot logbook. You need to add all your SAAF flying hours on this logbook. It is relatively easy to use, and very self explanatory. If you want to see how to add your detail please go to the Test tab. All hours are then calculated to the total hours tab.
