Please make sure that the following rules are adhered to:

• All flight needs to be recorded using FSrecorder, which can be found here.
• All flight hours needs to be recorded on your personal Flight Log Book, which can be found here.
• Once all of this has been done, it needs to be sent to vsaafmissions@gmail.com
• Please make the heading of the e-mail your Mission name that can be found on your "Missions Page" on your profile.
• Note that you are not restricted to fly only if missions have been allocated to you. You can fly at any time you want for the VSAAF to accumulate hours.
• You may only fly the aircraft you have qualified for to claim VSAAF hours.
• If you do fly non allocated missions to accumulate flying hours, please make sure that you still record your flight with fsrecorder and also add your flight hours on your log book. You also need to supply a reason for your flight and also need to send it to vsaafmissions@gmail.com.
